My Health Care Advocacy synthesizes spirit, soul, heart, mind, and body. I facilitate consultations that address your most pressing needs through various lenses and tools that help us create a Holistic Health Design (HHD). The HHD opens pathways of self-awareness that frame human experiences into cycles, rhythms, and patterns that become more familiar and less challenging over time.
If this sounds like a practice you’ve been seeking, I would love to discuss how we can work together on your healing journey. We identify and strengthen intuitive understanding through collaborative learning, conscientious reflection, and embodied experience.
I’m particularly interested in helping people with chronic conditions or new diagnoses to organize holistic health and healing plans. With my extensive background in science and evidence-based medicine, I can help you research diagnoses, medications, surgeries, hospitals, physicians, and clinical trials as well as help integrate these practices with supportive holistic practices.
Prior to First Session
information gathering and research
Ahead of the consultation we gather information about the client and assess the current scientific understanding.
analysis and strategy
During our session we review the holistic intake and explore on 4 spheres of human development: physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual. We search for patterns that present in challenging situations, assess common reactions, discuss desired responses, and illuminate ways to achieve balance.
implementation and reflections
We work to implement changes between scheduled sessions and reflect on areas of resistance or habituated patterns that either serve or hinder personal development. Journaling is highly encouraged between sessions and can be explored at subsequent sessions.
